Building Rental

The following applies to all Park Township rental buildings:

  • No Alcohol allowed
  • No Smoking
  • Must be out of the building by 10 p.m.

No amplified music in the Maatman Center.

Main Hall capacity- 70 people Security Deposit- $200
Kitchen- stove, refrigerator, large coffee pot Rental Charge- $25 per hour

Community Building- 1286 Ottawa Beach Road (by Fairgrounds) Click “Agreement” to view the rental rules.  Be sure to contact our office for available dates.
This building is used for numerous activities including roller-skating, basketball, volleyball, and dances. It is also used as a meeting place and is available for group use.                                  Pictures Security Deposit- $100
Rental Charge- $25 per hour
