RENTAL AGREEMENT for the Maatman Center on
for
the sum of Fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour during the hours of to (must be out of the building by 10 p.m.) subject to the following terms,
conditions, and restrictions:
1. Attendance will not exceed 70 people.
No animals permitted unless specifically authorized herein.
2. Activity(s) for which the building will
be used is limited to:

3. A security deposit of two hundred dollars
($200) shall be paid when this agreement is
executed. This amount will be held for
one (1) week after the building rental date, and then subject to the provisions
of item five (5) and inspection of the building the payment will be returned.
4. A
rental fee shall be paid no later than two (2) weeks prior to rental date. This fee shall be retained unless notice of
cancellation is received at least five (5) days prior to proposed rental date.
5. The building and grounds will be left in
the same or improved conditions as prevailed on arrival. All litter, foodstuffs, and disarray shall be
cleaned out (i.e. decorating) before departure.
When the building is vacated, all areas used shall be cleaned up, all
equipment, dishes and other items shall be returned to their proper place, all
windows closed, all faucets turned off, and all lights and appliances turned
off and all doors locked. Any expense to
the Township to rectify breakage, replace missing items, extraordinary
cleaning, or other Township action necessary to correct unsatisfactory
conditions resulting from the rental activities shall be paid by the renter and
shall be deducted, to the extent it is adequate from the security deposit. Loud music (no amplified music), gambling,
and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
No Smoking. Any
violation of these conditions will result in
forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate departure from the premises.
