The
WMAA was created in the spring of 2007 to provide regional
management of the Holland-Zeeland region's general aviation
airport, Tulip City Airport (KBIV). The WMAA consists of the
City of Holland, the City of Zeeland, Holland Charter Township,
and Park Township with each unit of government having two
representatives on the board (one of whom, under the bylaws,
must be an elected official of that unit of government).
